Checking internal resistance

  1. Connect hand multimeter V.A.G 1526C for resistance measurement as follows.
Leak detection pump (LDP) TerminalSpecified value
1 - + - 3640 to 720 ohms
2 - + - 315 to 17 ohms

If specifications are not obtained

  1. Replace Leak Detection Pump (LDP) V144 --> «Leak Detection Pump (LDP) V144 , removing and installing»(/audi/s6/c6-2006-2008/remont/fuel-system/#fuel-supply-system__leak-detection-pump-ldp-v144) .

If specified values are achieved

  1. Check voltage supply of leak detection pump «Checking voltage supply»(/audi/s6/c6-2006-2008/remont/fuel-system/#fuel-supply-system) .
