RADIATOR AND COOLANT FAN OVERVIEW

WARNINGRisk of injury through fan turning on automatically. Disconnect the connectors before working near the fan shroud.

  1. Bolt 5 Nm
  2. Bolt 5 Nm
  3. Fan Shroud Removing and installing, refer to «FAN SHROUD»(ref-520122-S33772239182012123100000)
  4. Coolant Fan -V7- With coolant fan control module -J293- Removing and installing, refer to «COOLANT FAN»(ref-520122-S20088338102012123100000)
  5. Bolt 3.5 Nm
  6. Rubber Buffer
  7. Rubber Bushing For radiator
  8. Coolant Hose Lift the retaining clamp to remove
  9. O-ring Replace
  10. Coolant Hose To the coolant reservoir
  11. O-ring Replace
  12. Radiator Removing and installing, refer to «RADIATOR»(ref-520122-S33585682222012123100000) change coolant after replacing
  13. Retaining Pin Disengage and remove using screwdriver
  14. Rubber Buffer
  15. Radiator Bracket
  16. Bolt
  17. O-ring Replace
  18. Coolant Hose Lift the retaining clamp to remove
  19. Coolant Fan 2 -V177- With coolant fan control module 2 -J671- Removing and installing, refer to «COOLANT FAN»(ref-520122-S20088338102012123100000)
