Version "2" (with block and bolt connection), removing Audi A6 C5

Version "2" (with block and bolt connection), removing

1. Remove hexagon nuts -A- (tightening torque: 8 Nm).
2. Remove bolts -B- (tightening torque: 25 Nm).
3. Remove refrigerant line -C- (tightening torque: 40 Nm).
4. Remove refrigerant line -D-.

Scheme 120

Note. Replace both O-ring seals -E- and -F- (17.2 mm x 1.8 mm and 16.7 mm x 1.8 mm). Seal all open connections.

1. Remove hexagon nuts -A-. (Scheme 135)
2. Loosen clamp -B
3. Remove bracket -C
4. Remove hexagon nuts -D- (tightening torque: 8 Nm).

Note. Only install accumulator with insulation -E-. (Scheme 135) Install spring -F- so it is positioned against marking on refrigerant hose and engaged on bracket
