Installing rear window

1. After preparatory work has been performed, apply the adhesive.

1. Position complete surface of nozzle - 2 - onto window.
2. Arrow - indicates direction of application

Note. Cross-section thickness of adhesive bead - 1 - is determined by dimension of opening in nozzle tip and rate of application.

1. Apply adhesive sealing material all around, as shown in illustration.
2. Note varying spacing dimensions to window edge --> «Rear window (Sedan), removing and installing»(/audi/a4/b6-2000-2006/remont/door-locks-anti-theft-systems/#body-exterior) .
3. Using two double suction cups, install rear window in window opening.

1. Align windshield at sides.
2. Spacing between edge of window and roof frame must be 6.5 mm.
3. Observe curing time.
