Removal of external parts
Open the cap on the radiator expansion tank.
Remove
- both the front wheels
- the front splash guard according to: «Sub-frame front, replacing»(ref-445738-S28904871842012010600000) .
- the splash guard under the engine

Place a receptacle under the radiator. Drain the coolant.
Open the nipples on the radiator and engine block. Close the nipples.

Remove
- the engine cover
- the engine stabilizer brace between the suspension turrets and the engine
- the air filter box complete with intake manifold. Unhook the turbo control valve from the air box. Pull the air filter box up from its attachments.
