REMOVAL
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the luggage compartment light assembly. Disconnect the connector and remove the luggage compartment light assembly.

- INSPECT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Connect a (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and a (-) lead to terminal 2. Check that the light comes on. OK: The light comes on. If the result is not as specified, replace the bulb or light assembly.
INSTALLATION
- INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Connect the connector. Engage the 2 claws and install the luggage compartment light assembly.

- REMOVE FRONT DOOR COURTESY SWITCH ASSEMBLY Using a "TORX" Socket Wrench T-type T30, remove the "TORX" bolt. Disconnect the connector and remove the front door courtesy switch assembly.

- REMOVE REAR DOOR COURTESY SWITCH ASSEMBLY Using a "TORX" Socket Wrench T-type T30, remove the "TORX" bolt. Disconnect the connector and remove the rear door courtesy switch assembly.

- INSTALL REAR DOOR COURTESY SWITCH ASSEMBLY Connect the connector. Using a "TORX" Socket Wrench T-type T30, install the rear door courtesy switch assembly with the "TORX" bolt. Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER (See «REMOVAL»(ref-338651-S02657735302009082800000) )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Smart Key System) Disconnect the rod as shown in the illustration. Raise the cover of the luggage compartment door lock as shown in the illustration. Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly. Return the cover of the luggage compartment door lock to its original position. Disconnect the connector. Remove the 2 bolts and luggage compartment door lock assembly.
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Key System) Disconnect the rod as shown in the illustration. Disconnect the connector. Remove the 2 bolts and luggage compartment door lock assembly.
