- To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Ensure reference marks (triangle area) on rotors face toward oil pump body cover, away from oil pump housing.
- Using Seal Installer (SST 09309-37010), install NEW crankshaft front seal (if removed) until seal surface is even with oil pump housing. Coat seal lip with grease. Install oil pump body cover using NEW "O" ring. Install and tighten oil pump body cover screws to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-49471-S33381022982001011500000).
- Using NEW gasket, install oil pump on cylinder block. Ensure splines on drive rotor engage with flat areas on crankshaft. Install oil pump bolts. Ensure 2 longest bolts are located in proper areas. (Схема №40) Tighten bolts to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-49471-S33381022982001011500000). To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure.
