Removal & Installation
- Disconnect negative battery cable and then positive cable.
- Remove upper radiator support seal. (Scheme 13)
- Remove the air cleaner assembly. (Scheme 13)
- Remove the left and right side engine under cover. (Scheme 13)
- Remove starter. (Scheme 13): Disconnect the starter connector. Remove the terminal nut and disconnect the starter cable from starter. Remove the mounting bolts, and starter.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-163249-S27552381132004062300000).
