CAUTIONSome transaxles may require that differential be filled separately from transaxle. A separate quantity of lubricant is required for differential. See appropriate FLUID CAPACITIES table.

Severe service is described as using cartop carrier, trailer towing, operating for short trips of less than 5 miles in freezing temperatures, extensive idling or low speed driving for long distances, or operating in rough, muddy or dusty conditions. (3) If transaxle has separate differential fluid reservoir on the transaxle, change differential fluid when changing transaxle fluid. (4) Service interval is not available from manufacturer.
