Remounting

Reverse dismounting procedure, noting the following points

Scheme 93

1. Apply grease to new O-ring (1), and install it from transfer left case (2).
2. Apply grease to transfer left case as shown in figure. "A": Grease 99000-25011 (SUZUKI Super Grease A)
3. Tighten transfer stiffener bolts (1) in numerical order as shown figure.

Scheme 94

1. Temporarily tighten transfer stiffener bolts in numerical order ("1" - "2") temporarily.
2. Press transfer stiffener (2) against transfer and tighten transfer stiffener bolts to specified torque in numerical order ("3" - "6"). Tightening torque Transfer stiffener bolt* (a): 55 N.m (5.6 kg-m, 40.5 lbf-ft)
3. Recheck that transfer stiffener bolts are tightened in numerical order ("7" - "9").

1. Tighten transfer bolts and nut to specified torque. Tightening torque Transfer bolt: 88 N.m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 lbf-ft) Transfer nut: 88 N.m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 lbf-ft)
2. Tighten engine rear mounting bracket No. 1 bolts to specified torque, «ENGINE MOUNTINGS COMPONENTS»(ref-585578-S18230687082013111200000) .
3. Install right side front drive shaft, see «FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-585617-S17552051012013111200000) .
4. Install propeller Shaft, see «PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-585627-S40086012832013111200000) .
5. Install exhaust pipe No. 1 and No. 2, see «EXHAUST PIPE AND MUFFLER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION»(ref-585626-S04205661602013111200000) .
6. Fill following oil and fluid. Transfer oil: «Transfer Oil Change»(ref-585625-S30391754522013111200000) CVT fluid: «CVT FLUID CHANGE»(ref-585587-S28544723892013111200000)
