Removal & Installation
Using a small flat-bladed screwdriver, pry switch edges outward to release retaining tabs on sides of switch. Be careful not to damage instrument panel. Remove switch. Disconnect harness connector. To install, reverse removal procedure. Push switch into panel until it snaps into position or until switch bezel is even with panel.
- Remove top of trim panel gusset cover. Remove door pull handle screws and window regulator handle. Using Clip Puller ( 925580000 ), remove retaining clips surrounding door trim panel. Remove trim panel.
- Carefully remove sealing cover so cover can be reused. Disconnect mirror motor harness connector. While holding mirror assembly to keep mirror from damaging body, remove mirror mounting screws. Remove mirror and harness from body. To install, reverse removal procedure.
