5. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY W/BRACKET Remove the 4 bolts. Disconnect the connector. Remove the radio receiver assembly w/ bracket.
6. REMOVE RADIO BRACKET NO. 1 Remove the 4 screws and the radio bracket No. 1.
7. REMOVE RADIO BRACKET NO. 2 Remove the 4 screws and the radio bracket No. 2.
8. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSY

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH LH (See «OVERHAUL»(ref-204166-S19977432462005110900000) )

3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSY LH (See «OVERHAUL»(ref-204166-S19977432462005110900000) )
4. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSY Disconnect the connector. Using a drill of less than 4 mm (0.16 in.), drill out the 3 rivet heads and remove the front No. 1 speaker assy from the front door panel. Gently rotate the drill around the rivet head to cut the flanges. NOTE: Prizing the rivet out with the drill may lead to damage to the rivet hole or break the drill bit. CAUTION: Take care as the cut rivet is hot. Even if the flange is cut off, continue drilling and push out the remaining fragments with the drill. Using a vacuum cleaner, remove the drilled rivet and dust from the inside of the front door panel.
5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSY Using an air riveter or a hand riveter, install 3 new strike rivets to the front No. 1 speaker assy on the front door panel. NOTE: Install the new strike rivets in order as shown in the illustration. NOTE: Do not prize with the riveter as it could be damaged, the rivet loosened on the mandrel could be bent. Do not tilt the riveter or disconnect the rivet from the materials because until the materials are securely tightened, misalignment may occur. Only install the rivet when there is no clearance between the materials to be secured. Connect the connector.

5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSY Disconnect the connector. Remove the nut and the front No. 2 speaker assy.
6. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSY Install the front No. 2 speaker assy with the nut. Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf) Connect the connector.

3. REMOVE AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSY Disconnect the connectors. Disengage the clamp. Remove the nut and the amplifier antenna assy.
4. INSTALL AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSY Set the amplifier antenna assy to the hole on the roof, and place the antenna cord on the cutout on the antenna nut. Install the amplifier antenna assy with the antenna nut. Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf) Install the clamp.

5. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER Disengage the 2 claws and remove the cigarette lighter cover.
6. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSY Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element assy. Turn the socket in the direction as shown in the illustration, disengage the claw between the socket and the cigarette lighter bezel stay, and pull out the socket. Align the socket with the notch on the cigarette lighter bezel stay, and remove the cigarette lighter assy.
7. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSY Align the socket with the notch on the cigarette lighter bezel stay and push the cigarette lighter assy in as hard as possible. Install the cigarette lighter knob and element assy.
