REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Install the blower motor with the 3 screws.
2. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL Install the blower motor control with the 2 screws.
3. INSTALL AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR Install the air inlet servo motor with the 2 screws.
4. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE Install the air filter case and attach the 2 claws.

1. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY Install the blower assembly with the claw in the order shown in the illustration. Install the blower assembly with the bolt and 3 screws. Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) for bolt Connect the 3 connectors.
2. INSTALL AIR DUCT (See «INSTALLATION»(ref-296255-S12452546332008082200000) )
3. INSTALL ECM (See «INSTALLATION»(ref-296240-S14003171672008082200000) )
4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER Install the instrument panel sub-assembly lower (see «INSTALLATION»(ref-296246-S01920082712008082200000) ).
5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER Install the instrument panel sub-assembly upper (see «INSTALLATION»(ref-296246-S19366412192008082200000) ).
6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION Perform initialization (see «INITIALIZATION»(ref-296226-S09190278172008082200000) ).
8. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT Check the SRS warning light (see «DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM»(ref-296258-S31681644242008082200000) ).

1. INSPECT BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Disconnect the B3 blower with fan motor connector. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2, and then check that the motor operates smoothly. If the operation is not as specified, replace the blower motor.

1. INSPECT BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL Disconnect the B4 blower motor control connector. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector. Standard voltage VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition B4-3 (+B) - B4-1 (GND) Blower switch: OFF 10 to 14 V B4-3 (+B) - B4-1 (GND) Blower switch: LO Below 1 V If the voltage is not as specified, replace the blower motor control.

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Attach the 2 claws to install the knob. Attach the 2 claws to install the knob. Attach the claw to install the knob.
2. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL BASE LOWER Attach the 4 claws to install the heater control base lower. Attach the 2 claws to install the heater control base. Install the 6 screws.
3. INSTALL CENTER CLUSTER MODULE KNOB Install the center module knob.
