1Sunroof Deflector Fastener (Qty: 5) Refer to FASTENER CAUTION Procedure Open the front sunroof window. Push down on the front of the deflector to expose the fasteners. Tighten 4 Nm (35 lb in)
2Sunroof Deflector Rear Bracket (Qty: 2) Procedure Push down on the deflector arms located on left and right sides of the sunroof. Using a suitable tool, release the deflector brackets from the pins.
3Sunroof Deflector NOTE: Install the deflector brackets to the pins on each sides first. Then install the front part of the deflector fasteners

1Sunroof Air Deflector Cover Procedure Lift the sunroof window. Move the sunshade to the maximum rear position. Clip out the sunroof air deflector cover in front. Clip out the sunroof air deflector cover in rear.

Preliminary Procedure Remove Sunroof Window. Refer to SUNROOF WINDOW REPLACEMENT - REAR and SUNROOF WINDOW REPLACEMENT - FRONT . Remove the Sunroof Housing Assembly. Refer to SUNROOF MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT . Remove the sunroof sunshade motor. Refer to SUNROOF SUNSHADE MOTOR REPLACEMENT . Remove the sunroof housing drain gutter. Refer to SUNROOF HOUSING DRAIN GUTTER REPLACEMENT . Remove the sunroof sunshade. Refer to SUNROOF SUNSHADE REPLACEMENT . Remove Sunroof Window Seal. Refer to SUNROOF WINDOW REAR SEAL REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW SIDE or SUNROOF WINDOW FRONT SEAL REPLACEMENT - FRONT WINDOW REAR . Remove Sunroof Air Deflector. Refer to SUNROOF AIR DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT .
1Sunroof Frame Procedure After installation adjust sunroof module. After the installation adjust the sunroof sunshade motor. After the installation adjust the Sunroof Window. Functional check sunroof. Visual check sunroof.

Preliminary Procedure Remove Sunroof Window. Refer to SUNROOF WINDOW REPLACEMENT - REAR or SUNROOF WINDOW REPLACEMENT - FRONT . Remove the Sunroof Housing Assembly. Verify sunroof window height and opening fit adjustment. Refer to SUNROOF WINDOW HEIGHT AND OPENING FIT ADJUSTMENT .
1Sunroof Housing Drain Gutter Procedure Clip the sunroof housing drain gutter out of bracket on the left and right side.

Preliminary Procedure Remove the headlining trim panel. Refer to HEADLINING TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT (WITHOUT SUNROOF) or HEADLINING TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT (WITH SUNROOF) . Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector.

  1. It is only necessary to lower the headliner. Only perform the steps in the headliner replacement procedure that will lower the headliner enough to gain access to the part. Refer to «HEADLINING TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT (WITHOUT SUNROOF)»(ref-653664-S23250645742014090100000) or «HEADLINING TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT (WITH SUNROOF)»(ref-653664-S18681831402014090100000) .
  2. Remove the front water drain hose from the housing connector. Remove the 2 hoses.
  3. Remove the rear water drain hose from the housing connector. Remove the 2 hoses.
  4. Disconnect the front wiring harness actuation unit. Disconnect the 2 wiring harness plugs.
  5. Remove the sunroof housing fasteners.
  6. Remove the Sunroof Housing Assembly.
