Turn ignition switch to ON.
Measure the voltage between ECM and chassis ground.

Is the voltage more than 10 V?
YES. Go to CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN FUEL TANK PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE & ECM CONNECTOR .
NO. Go to CHECK FOR POOR CONTACT .
