- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to «Hoisting , Standard Procedure»(ref-457775-S03796115192012030200000) .
- Support the rear axle with a suitable holding fixture.
- Remove the parking brake cable guide bolt (Left side only).
- Remove the lower control arm bolt (1) and nut at the axle and discard the nut .
- Remove the lower control arm bolt and nut (2) at the frame.
- Remove the lower control arm from the vehicle.
