Preliminary work
Remove cowl panel cover. Refer to 50 87 19 Removing and installing cowl panel cover - as of MY 2005 (All Models) .
Remove A-pillar linings. Refer to 70 57 19 Removing and installing A-pillar trim - as of MY 2006 (Cayman S, Cayman S RHD) . Refer to 70 57 19 Removing and installing A-pillar trim - as of MY 2005 (Boxster, Boxster RHD, Boxster S, Boxster S RHD) .
Remove dashboard cover (defroster trim). Refer to 70 20 19 Removing and installing cover for dashboard (defroster trim) - as of MY 2005 (All Models) .
Remove interior rear-view mirror.
Disconnect plug connection for antenna amplifier. Refer to 91 84 19 Removing and installing antenna amplifier - as of MY 2005 (All Models) .
