How to Remove and Install the Control Unit - Cooling Module Opel Zafira B

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect ground cable from battery.
2. 2. Remove front panelling – see operation "Front Panelling, Remove and Install" in group "A".
3. 3. Release wiring harness plugs (2) and (3) in direction of arrow and detach from cooling module control unit.
4. 4. Detach cooling module control unit (1) from body.

Install

5. 5. Attach cooling module control unit to body.
6. 6. Attach wiring harness plugs to cooling module control unit and lock.
7. 7. Install front panelling – see operation "Front Panelling, Remove and Install" in group "A".
8. 8. Connect ground cable to battery.
