Replace Return Manifold Cylinders 1-3-5 Opel Vectra C

Turbo-Charging 1 illustration

Remove

1. Remove exhaust manifold heat shield for cylinders 1, 3 and 5
2. Remove return manifold cylinders 1-3-5 (1) from exhaust manifold and turbocharger • Unscrew 5x nut (2)

Replace Return Manifold Cylinders 1-3-5

Install

3. Install return manifold cylinders 1-3-5 to exhaust manifold and turbocharger • Tighten 5x nut 30 Nm
4. Install exhaust manifold heat shield for cylinders 1, 3 and 5
