New Program Memory Codes, Multi - Info - Display (MID) and Instrument, Model Year 1996

Vectra - B
Condition:
· For the Vectra - B, the program memory codes for the MID listed on page 2 apply; the program memory codes for all other vehicle types remain unchanged in Model Year 1996 relative to Model Year 1995 (see TI - C - 18, group N - 215, 10 / 1994).
· With the Vectra - B, it is necessary for the first time to adapt the speedometer to the various engine versions and tyre sizes using TECH 1 (Opel / Vauxhall MSC and Model Year 1996 software).
The relevant program memory codes and part numbers for the instrument are listed on pages 3 and 4.
If the size of tyre used is changed, the speedometer must be adapted again using TECH 1. Customers are informed of this by the Supplementary Instructions Bulletin KTA - 1808 for the Vectra - B Owner's Manual. Check that the Owner's Manuals of vehicles delivered before 04.10.1995 are provided with the Supplementary Instructions Bulletin. If necessary, enclose a copy of the "Excerpt from the Supplementary Instructions Bulletin for the Vectra - B Owner's Manual" (see last page of this TI).
