How to Replace the Intercooler Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Remove front panelling
2. 2. Detach charge air hose between intercooler and turbocharger (1) from intercooler • Release retaining clamp
3. 3. Detach left charge air pipe (2) from intercooler • Unclip charge air pipe • Release clamp

4. 4. Detach intercooler (1) • Unscrew 2x bolt

Install

5. 5. Attach intercooler • Tighten 2 bolts
6. 6. Attach left charge air pipe to intercooler • Clip in charge air pipe • Tighten clamp 3.5 Nm
7. 7. Attach charge air hose between intercooler and turbocharger to intercooler • Retaining clamp must audibly engage
8. 8. Fit front panelling
