Replace Water Gutter Guide Opel Meriva A

Important: The Service Department supplies the "connecting link assembly" guide mechanism including the water gutter guide as an assembly. The water gutter guide is also available from the Service Department as an individual component.

Remove

1. 1. Remove glass cover panel
2. 2. Remove glass cover
3. 3. Remove drive
4. 4. Remove moulded headlining
5. 5. Remove sunroof actuation unit
6. 6. Remove water channel

7. 7. Remove guide mechanism • Connecting pins (1) for rear guide - push back to stop • Disengage locking lever (2) for front guide • Push guide mechanism further back

Note. Push guide mechanism back until the water gutter guide emerges from the actuation unit.

8. 8. Remove water gutter guide • Unhook connecting spring (1) at water gutter guide (2) – Remove water gutter guide (2)

Install

9. 9. Install water gutter guide • Attach connecting spring for water gutter guide – Insert water gutter guide into actuation unit
10. 10. Install sunroof actuation unit
11. 11. Install moulded headlining
12. 12. Undertake basic adjustment of guide mechanism
13. 13. Install drive
14. 14. Install water channel
15. 15. Install glass cover
16. 16. Install glass cover panel
17. 17. Function check
