Replace Pressure Sensor Opel Meriva A

Remove

  1. 1. Disconnect battery • Detach ground cable (1) • Detach positive cable (2)

Important. Pay attention to order, detach ground cable first, then positive cable

  1. 2. Remove battery • Unscrew bolt (3)
  1. 3. Remove battery support • Unscrew 4x screws (1) • With diesel vehicles: remove diesel filter from crash box

Note. Fuel system remains closed.

  1. 4. Detach pressure sensor • Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from pressure sensor • Unscrew pressure sensor (2) from hydraulic modulator

Note. Collect escaping brake fluid.

Install

  1. 5. Install pressure sensor • Screw pressure sensor into hydraulic modulator 20 Nm • Connect wiring harness plug
  2. 6. Install battery support • Screw in 4x screws • With diesel vehicles: insert diesel filter
  3. 7. Install battery • Tighten bolt
  4. 8. Connect battery • Attach positive cable • Attach ground cable

Important. Pay attention to order, attach positive cable first, then ground cable

  1. 9. Brake System, Bleed
  2. 10. Program volatile memory
