How to Remove and Install the Starter Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground connection from ground terminal – Undo nut
3. 3. Raise vehicle by its full height
4. 4. Detach earth cable (1) from starter • Unscrew nut
5. 5. Detach 2x positive cable (2) from starter • Unscrew 2x nuts

6. 6. Remove starter • Unscrew 2 bolts (1) and (2)

Install

7. 7. Install starter • Tighten 2x bolt 25 Nm
8. 8. Attach wiring harness to starter • Tighten 2x nuts
9. 9. Attach earth cable to starter • Tighten nut
10. 10. Lower vehicle by its full height
11. 11. Connect battery • Attach ground connection to ground terminal – Tighten nut
12. 12. Program volatile memories
13. 13. Close bonnet
