Replace Battery. Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect battery
2. 2. Loosen positive distribution • Open positive distribution • Disconnect positive terminal (1) • Unclip positive distribution and put aside – Undo 3x clip (2)

3. 3. Remove battery • Unscrew bolt (1) • Remove battery bracket • Remove battery

Install

Important. For the Corsa-D, the Service department provides exclusively Varta battery types which have a closed gas vent below the positive terminal. An open gas vent is on the opposite front side of the battery.

4. 4. Install battery • Insert battery • Insert battery bracket • Tighten bolt
5. 5. Fasten positive distribution • Clip in positive distribution – Clip in 3x clip • Tighten screw on positive terminal 5 Nm • Close positive distribution
6. 6. Connect battery
7. 7. Program volatile memories
