Remedy:
In case of customer complant follow the instruction below.
In order to detect which injector is blocked all injectors have to be removed from the cylinderhead. Use a nozzle tester in order to detect the blocked nozzle (at least the first pressure stage can be tested with conventional nozzle testers). Please replace only defective nozzle(s).
Mechanical plugging of the injection nozzle is caused by dirt particles out of injection pipe. Only the defective injection nozzles and the related injection pipes have to be replaced.
