Note. When the EPS control unit has been replaced, this must be programmed with TECH 2 to adjust it to the vehicle variant. Ensure that the battery is well charged before undertaking this process.
- 1. Connect TECH 2 and switch it on
- 2. Select "Vehicle Diagnosis" menu
- 3. Select model year
- 4. Select vehicle
- 5. Select "Chassis" system
- 6. Select "Electronic Power-Assisted Steering"
- 7. Switch on ignition and confirm by pressing the button
- 8. Confirm part number and code by pressing the button
- 9. Select "Additional Functions"
- 10. Select "Calibration"
- 11. Follow the instructions contained in the remainder of the menu
- 12. Detach TECH 2
