Traction Control TC System Modification F7: PROGRAMMING

Ignition ON
Press key F7 in system main menu. Follow the instructions of TECH 1.
Note:
Programming is only possible if no fault is present in the system.
The control unit 90 339 998 / HE cannot be programmed. It is pre - programmed for version code "0".
Control units in delivery condition have the version code "99", i. e. the control units are not programmed.
At the same time, trouble code 10 is stored.

If the display on the right appears after programming, a fault has occurred during programming. The following
actions should be taken consecutively:
· Read trouble code; no trouble code must be stored;
· Repeat programming;
· Perform TECH 1 self - test;
· Check TECH 1 cable for damaged insulation and shielding;
· Repeat programming with a new control unit;
