Replace Air Quality Sensor Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove windscreen trim seal (1)
2. 2. Remove wiper arms (2) • Remove 2x cover • Unscrew 2x nut • Remove 2x washer • Pull off wiper arm using KM-6626-30 • Detach hose for wash/wipe system

3. 3. Remove air quality sensor • Unclip sensor (1) • Release wiring harness plug (2) and disconnect

Install

4. 4. Install air quality sensor • Connect and lock wiring harness plug • Clip in sensor
5. 5. Attach windscreen trim • Attach hose for wash/wipe system • Clip in 5x clip
6. 6. Install screen wiper arms • Place 2x windscreen wiper arm on shaft • Install 2x washer • Tighten 2x nut 17 Nm • Fit 2x cover

Note. Ensure correct installation position of screen wiper arms!

7. 7. Fit windscreen trim seal
