Replace Pollen Filter Opel Astra H

Remove

  1. 1. Remove glove compartment • Unscrew 4x bolt (1) • Separate wiring harness plug
  2. 2. Remove inner panelling on instrument panel padding, lower passenger's side • Unscrew 2x bolt (3)
  3. 3. Remove passenger's side footwell air duct • Remove body-bound rivet (2)
  1. 4. Remove service flap for pollen filter and remove pollen filter (1) in the direction of the arrow • Unscrew 3x bolt (2)

Install

  1. 5. Insert pollen filter and attach service flap for pollen filter • Tighten 3x bolt

Note. Ensure the pollen filter is fitted in the correct installation direction

  1. 6. Fit passenger's side footwell air duct • Install body-bound rivet
  2. 7. Install glove compartment • Connect wiring harness plug. • 4x tighten bolt
  3. 8. Fit inner panelling on instrument panel padding, lower passenger's side • Tighten 2x bolt
