Replace Pressure Sensor Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove radiator grille (2) • Remove 4x body-bound rivet (1) • Release 6x clip from front panelling

2. 2. Remove front panelling (1) • Remove 5x body-bound rivet (3) • Unscrew 4x bolt (4)
3. 3. Remove front panelling • Press front panelling up in direction of arrow and withdraw from bracket • Remove front panelling – Unclip 4x clip (2) • Remove external temperature sensor – Undo clip

4. 4. Disconnect wiring harness plug for pressure sensor (1) • Release and disconnect wiring harness plug
5. 5. Detach pressure sensor (2) from condenser

Install

6. 6. Attach pressure sensor to condenser • Replace seal ring • Tighten pressure sensor 7 Nm
7. 7. Connect wiring harness plug for pressure sensor • Connect and lock wiring harness plug.
8. 8. Insert front panelling • 2nd mechanic required. • Clip in external temperature sensor • Insert front panelling – Clip in 4x clip
9. 9. Install front panelling • Install 5x body-bound rivet • 4x tighten bolt

11. 11. Install radiator grille • Clip into front panelling from above – Clip in 6x clip • Install 4x body-bound rivet
