Front Door Lock Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Remove upper trim panel (1) from door • Release clip, locator
2. 2. Remove inner trim panel from door • Remove 2x screw (2), 2x clip (3) • Remove window winder handle (if installed) – Release clip, then pull off • Release 9x clip, locator • Disconnect harness connector from power window switch (if installed)

3. 3. Remove bracket (1) for inner trim panel from door • Remove screw
4. 4. Remove water deflector (2) from door • Pull off, then withdraw harness through aperture in water deflector

5. 5. Remove rear window channel (2) from door • Remove bolt (3), then release locator from door
6. 6. Remove window channel seal (1) from door • Pull out

7. 7. Disconnect harness connector (1) from door lock
8. 8. Release harness from door, then move to one side • Release 2x clip (2)

9. 9. Remove door lock assembly with interior door handle from door • Release actuator rod (1) from exterior door handle – Release clip • Remove 3x bolt (3) • Release 2x cable from 2x clip • Release interior door handle (2) from door – Slide rearwards, then pull out
10. 10. Remove interior door handle from door lock assembly • Disconnect 2x cable for door lock assembly from interior door handle – Pull off to release from 2x clip

Install

11. 11. Install interior door handle to new door lock assembly • Connect 2x cable for door lock assembly to interior door handle – Push on to secure to 2x clip
12. 12. Install door lock assembly with interior door handle to door • Secure interior door handle (2) to door – Push in, then slide forward • Secure 2x cable to 2x clip • Install 3x bolt (3) 4.5 Nm • Secure actuator rod (1) to exterior door handle – Secure clip

13. 13. Secure harness to front door • Secure 2x clip (2)
14. 14. Connect harness connector (1) to door lock assembly

15. 15. Install rear window channel (2) to door • Secure locator to door, then install bolt (3)
16. 16. install window channel seal (1) to door • Push in

17. 17. Install water deflector (2) to door • Position harness through aperture in water deflector
18. 18. Install bracket (1) for inner trim panel to door • Install screw

19. 19. Install inner trim panel to door • Connect harness connector to power window switch (if installed) • Secure 9x clip, locator • Install window winder handle (if installed) – Push on, then secure clip • Install 2x screw (2), 2x clip (3)
20. 20. Install upper trim panel (1) to door • Secure locator, clip
