Diesel Particulate Filter Replacement (D13A) Opel Agila B

Engine Exhaust

Remove

  1. 1. Raise vehicle
  2. 2. Release diesel particulate filter (DPF) (1) from exhaust centre pipe • Remove 2x nut (2) • Remove gasket
  3. 3. Remove DPF from vehicle • Release DPF from exhaust front pipe – Remove 3x nut (3) • Remove gasket

Install

  1. 4. Install new DPF (1) to exhaust front pipe • Install new gasket • Secure 3x nut (3) 32 Nm
  2. 5. Install DPF to exhaust centre pipe • Install new gasket • Secure 2x nut (2) 60 Nm
  1. 6. Lower vehicle
