| (1) Apply Sealant (1052080) to cylinder head bolts. (2) Refer to TSB REVISED CYLINDER HEAD BOLT TORQUE SPECIFICATION AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE. Tighten cylinder head bolts in sequence. (Схема №2) (3) Apply Thread Locker (12345382) to flexplate/flywheel bolts. (4) Manufacturer recommends replacing lower intake manifold bolts with NEW bolts that have a thread locker adhesive added. If reusing original bolts, clean bolt threads and apply Threadlocker (12345382) to bolt threads. (5) See TSB For Revised Lower Intake Torque. (Схема №1) (6) Tighten lower intake manifold vertical bolts 1-4 in sequence to 115 INCH lbs. (13 N.m). (Схема №1) (7) Tighten lower intake manifold diagonal bolts 5-8 in sequence to 18 Ft. lbs.
