REMOVAL
Refer to " COMPONENTS " for symbols in the figure.
- Remove the battery Refer to " REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
- Remove the air cleaner assembly and air ducts.
- Disconnect the following unit connectors: ECM TCM IPDM E/R
- Remove the battery tray.
- Disconnect the starter motor harness connectors.
- Remove the starter motor mounting bolts, using power tools.
- Remove the starter motor.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
