- CHECK REAR VIEW CAMERA HEIGHT Measure the rear view camera height. H: Rear view camera height. : GO TO 2.
- REAR VIEW CAMERA CALIBRATION Select "Work Support" on "AVM" with CONSULT. Select "REAR CAMERA ITS" and then touch "Start" Touch "OK". Input the rear view camera height "H", and then touch "APPLY". Confirm that the same value is displayed on the center display. Confirm the following items; The target should be accurately placed. The vehicle should be stopped. The vehicle should be under the specified vehicle condition. Select "Start" to perform camera aiming. CAUTION: To properly maintain vehicle attitude, operate CONSULT outside the vehicle with all the doors closed. Confirm the displayed item. "Completed": Select "Completion". "Not completed": Perform the following services. Displayed item Possible causes Service procedure Check the error contents using the screen of navigation system. Target mark position is incorrect. Set target mark as specified. Refer to " «WORK PROCEDURE (TARGET SETTING)»(ref-594009-S11295885082014012200000) ". Target mark direction is incorrect. Set target mark direction as shown in the figure. Refer to " «WORK PROCEDURE (TARGET SETTING)»(ref-594009-S11295885082014012200000) ". Target mark reflects the light. Shut out the light reflecting on target mark. : GO TO 3.
- PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS Perform self-diagnosis of camera control unit with CONSULT (AVM). Is any DTC detected? YES: Perform diagnosis on the detected DTC and repair or replace the applicable item. Refer to " «DTC INDEX»(ref-594009-S13543684572014012200000) ". NO: GO TO 4.
- ACTION TEST Test the system operation by action test. Refer to " «DESCRIPTION»(ref-594009-S15144218962014012200000) ". : WORK END
