Refilling

  1. Remove filler plug (1). Fill with new gear oil until oil level reaches the specified level near filler plug mounting hole. Oil grade and viscosity: Refer to " «RECOMMENDED FLUIDS AND LUBRICANTS»(ref-516397-S25479234352012120600000) ". Oil capacity: Refer to " «GENERAL SPECIFICATION»(ref-516430-S38150799062012120600000) ".
  2. After refilling oil, check oil level. Set a new gasket to filler plug, then install it to final drive assembly. Refer to " «EXPLODED VIEW»(ref-516430-S36936740722012120600000) ". CAUTION: Never reuse gasket.
