Removal & Installation - Cooper S: Overview MINI Cooper I

1. Unfasten screws (1 and 2). (Схема №1)
2. If necessary, release clip (1) and remove release handle (2). (Схема №2) Release screws (3). Release screw rivets (4) and screws (5).
3. Release bumper from catches (1). (Схема №3) Disconnect plug connector (2) for parking lights. Disconnect plug connector (3) for direction indicators. Disconnect plug connector (4) for outside temperature sensor. Remove bumper towards front with a second person helping.
4. Remove cable (1) for outside temperature sensor from carrier (2). (Схема №4)
5. Version (A): Release nuts (1) and screws (2) on left/right. (Схема №5) Detach carrier for front bumper trim.
6. Version (B): Release nuts (1) and screws (2) on left/right. (Схема №6) Detach carrier (3) for front bumper trim.
7. Unscrew bolt (1). (Схема №7) Release screws (2). Pull off bumper bracket forwards from front axle support.
8. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten fasteners to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-170688-S29045418352005011300000).
