SYSTEM TESTS

CAUTION

To avoid damaging control modules all electrical testing should be done with a DVOM. DO NOT use an analog meter or test light to check control module circuits.

After verifying problem using COMPLAINT RELATED DIAGNOSTIC CHART (SECTION 12) under TROUBLE SHOOTING or SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM , perform appropriate test step(s). For aid in using diagnostic charts, see USING DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS .
