  1. When replacing the PCM, perform the following: PCM configuration (See «PCM CONFIGURATION»(ref-221640-S20859320062006022500000) .)
  2. Remove the battery cover. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-221546-S20955938182006022500000) .)
  3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  4. When replacing the PCM on the vehicles with the immobilizer system, perform the following: Immobilizer system component replacement/key addition and clearing (See «IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM COMPONENT REPLACEMENT/KEY ADDITION AND CLEARING»(ref-221802-S19881031802006022500000) .)
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
