POWER MIRROR MOTOR
Disconnect power mirror motor harness connector (remove door trim panel if necessary). See POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Apply battery voltage and ground to specified terminals of power mirror motor connector. (Scheme 5)through (Scheme 8). If mirror does not move as specified, replace power mirror assembly.

POWER MIRROR SWITCH
Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector (remove power mirror switch if necessary). See POWER MIRROR SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. With power mirror switch in specified position, check continuity between specified terminals of switch connector. (Scheme 9)through (Scheme 12). If continuity is not as specified, replace power mirror switch.

Check fuse. See POWER MIRROR FUSE IDENTIFICATION table. Check power and ground circuits of power mirror switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Check power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS. Check wiring between power mirror switch and power mirror motors. Repair as necessary.

- Inspect RADIO (15-amp) fuse, located in instrument panel fuse box. If fuse is blown, replace fuse and repair wiring as necessary. If fuse is okay, go to next step.
- Remove power mirror switch, leaving switch harness connector attached. See «POWER MIRROR SWITCH»(ref-4966-S38381709742000073100000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Using a voltmeter, backprobe terminal "C" (Blue/White wire) at power mirror switch harness connector. (Scheme 12) If battery voltage exists, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, repair open in Blue/White wire between instrument panel fuse box and power mirror switch. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-4966-S14470625922000073100000).
- Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect power mirror switch harness connector. Check continuity between ground and terminal "E" (Black wire) at power mirror switch harness connector. If continuity exists, replace power mirror switch. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Black wire between power mirror switch and ground.

POWER MIRROR FUSE IDENTIFICATION
Check power mirror motor. See POWER MIRROR MOTOR under COMPONENT TESTS. Check wiring between power mirror switch and power mirror motor. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Check power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS.
- Remove power mirror switch leaving switch harness connector attached. See «POWER MIRROR SWITCH»(ref-4966-S38381709742000073100000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Select appropriate mirror on power mirror switch. Using a voltmeter, backprobe terminal "F" at power mirror switch harness connector while pressing mirror switch to left or down position. (Scheme 12) If battery voltage exists, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, replace power mirror switch.
- Access appropriate power mirror harness connector (it may be necessary to remove door trim panel). See «POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY»(ref-4966-S25805978022000073100000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Ensure ignition switch is in ACC position. Using voltmeter, backprobe terminal "D" at power mirror harness connector while pressing mirror switch to left or down position. (Scheme 8) If battery voltage exists, replace appropriate mirror. If battery voltage does not exist, repair wiring between power mirror and power mirror switch. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-4966-S14470625922000073100000).
