1. Operate the windshield wiper motor to set the wipers in the park position.
2. Set the windshield wiper arm heights as shown.

1. Remove in the order indicated in the illustration.
2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

1. Clean the windshield wiper arm connector shafts using a wire brush before installing the windshield wiper arms.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. (See «WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-193890-S30073379012005092600000) .)
3. Remove the cowl grille. (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Remove in the order indicated in the illustration.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
6. Adjust the windshield wiper arm and blade. (See «WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE ADJUSTMENT»(ref-193890-S09267274892005092600000) .)
