- Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Disconnect FEM connector C201a. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Measure voltage between ground and FEM harness connector C201a terminal No. 9 (White/Green wire). (Схема №3) If no voltage is present, go to step 3. If any voltage is present, go to next step.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect 2-pin actuator solenoid connector C120. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Measure voltage between ground and FEM harness connector C201a terminal No. 9 (White/Green wire). If any voltage is present, repair White/Green wire. Clear DTCs. Repeat self-test. If no voltage is present, repair Brown/Green wire. See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-96949-S20012811152001041900000). Clear DTCs. Repeat self-test.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Measure resistance between FEM harness connector C201a terminals No. 9 (White/Green wire) and No. 2 (Brown/Green wire). If resistance is 4-85 ohms, install a new actuator solenoid. See «ACTUATOR SOLENOID»(ref-96949-S25417605722001041900000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Clear DTCs. Repeat self-test. If DTC C1925 is retrieved, install new FEM. See «FRONT ELECTRONIC MODULE»(ref-96949-S00669221542001041900000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Test system for normal operation. If resistance is not 4-85 ohms, go to next step.
- Measure resistance between FEM harness connector C201a terminal No. 9 (White/Green wire) and actuator solenoid 2-pin harness connector C120 terminal No. 1 (White/Green wire). See «WIRING DIAGRAMS»(ref-96949-S20012811152001041900000). If resistance is greater than 5 ohms, repair circuit. Clear DTCs. Repeat self-test. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to next step.
- Measure resistance between FEM harness connector C201a terminal No. 2 (Brown/Green wire) and actuator solenoid 2-pin harness connector C120 terminal No. 2 (Brown/Green wire). If resistance is less than 5 ohms, install a new actuator solenoid. See «ACTUATOR SOLENOID»(ref-96949-S25417605722001041900000) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Clear DTCs. Repeat self-test. If resistance is greater than 5 ohms, repair circuit. Clear DTCs. Repeat self-test.
