- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE: w/ Navigation System: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to «INITIALIZATION [01/2012 - ]»(ref-603789-S23769828912014031100000) .
- REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH Remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover LH See step 2 .
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HINGE COVER LH Remove the rear No. 2 seat hinge cover LH See step 3 .
- REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH Remove the reclining adjuster cover RH See step 11 .
- OPEN BOTTOM OF SEATBACK COVER Detach the hook.
- REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER ASSEMBLY LH Detach the clamp. Remove the nut, bolt and remove the striker.
- REMOVE POWER SEAT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Remove the power seat motor sub-assembly See step 1 .
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY Remove the rear No. 2 seat See step 5 .

- REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT REAR SUPPORT PLATE
- REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
- REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE REAR ROOF NO. 1 AIR DUCT
- REMOVE NO. 1 WOOFER BOX SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side, w/ Woofer)
- UNLOCK FOLD SEAT LEG LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY BY HAND Pull the release lever in the direction shown in the illustration to release the lock.
