On GS430 models, crankcase capacity with oil filter is 5.7 qts. (5.4L) or 5.2 qts. (5.2L) without oil filter. On LS430 models, crankcase capacity with oil filter is 4.8 qts. (4.5L) or 4.4 qts. (4.2L) without oil filter.
