SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

1. GENERAL The blower volume can be controlled in 4 levels by operating the dial-type climate control seat switch which is located in the console box. Whether the blower is ON or OFF can be determined by checking if the climate control seat switch indicator light is ON or OFF. The blowers of both seats are controlled by the air conditioning amplifier (A/C ECU).

OPERATION CHECK

1. CHECK FRONT SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH Turn the power switch ON (IG). Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum). Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.
2. CHECK FRONT SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH Turn the power switch ON (IG). Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum). Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.
3. CHECK FRONT SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH Turn the power switch ON (IG). Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum). Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.
4. CHECK FRONT SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH Turn the power switch ON (IG). Set the seat heater switch blower side volume to level 3 (maximum). Check that the fan motor turns smoothly.
