- PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING TECHSTREAM When using Techstream with the power switch OFF to troubleshoot: Connect Techstream to the vehicle, and turn a courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the tester and vehicle begins.

- CHECK OUTER MIRROR CONTROL SWITCH FUNCTION (POWER MIRROR CONTROL FUNCTION) Check that the mirror surface positions of the outer rear view mirror LH and RH can be moved using the mirror control switch of the integration control and panel assembly. OK Mirror surface positions of the outer rear view mirror LH and RH can be moved using the mirror control switch of the integration control and panel assembly. NG --> See step 7 OK: Go to next step
- CHECK SEAT MEMORY SWITCH FUNCTION (MIRROR MEMORY FUNCTION) Check that the outer rear view mirror LH and RH positions can be memorized using the seat memory switch. OK Outer rear view mirror LH and RH positions can be memorized using seat memory switch. NG --> See step 8 OK: Go to next step
- CHECK SEAT MEMORY SWITCH FUNCTION (DRIVER SEAT) (SEAT MEMORY FUNCTION) Check that the driver side seat can be moved using the seat memory switch. - INSPECT OUTER MIRROR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (MIRROR POSITION SENSOR) Disconnect the z5 or z6 mirror connector. Apply battery and dry cell battery voltage to the terminals as shown in the table below. Measure the voltage while the mirror moves between the fully downward and fully upward positions.
