1. REMOVE MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL . Refer to «DISASSEMBLY [06/2012 - ] - Step 4»(ref-598625-S07616684842014021400000)
2. REMOVE MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY Remove the 3 screws and multiplex network master switch assembly from the front upper door armrest base panel.

1. INSPECT MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY Check that the LED illuminates. Apply battery voltage to the multiplex network master switch assembly and check that the LED illuminates. OK Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) --> 18 (LED) Battery negative (-) --> 12 (GND) LED illuminates TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION *a Component without harness connected (Multiplex Network Master Switch Assembly) *b LED If the result is not as specified, replace the multiplex network master switch assembly.
