- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally. Refer to «DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM»(ref-568746-S10222482722013072300000) . OK CAN communication DTC is not output. NG --> See step 10 OK: Go to next step
- CHECK SEAT MEMORY SWITCH FUNCTION When any seat memory switch (M1, M2 or M3 switch) is pressed, check that the driver side seat moves to the memorized position. OK The driver side seat moves to the memorized position. NG --> See step 11 OK: Go to next step

HINT: If the memory switch is released before entering registration mode, the memory switch will not enter registration mode. - PERFORM MEMORY DELETION Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List. After performing any of the following procedures to cut the link between the key and switch, check that the Data List for the applicable key changes to NONE. With the power switch off and the driver side door closed, press and hold the SET switch. The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) will enter transmitter key recognition code deletion mode. HINT: If the memory switch is released before entering deletion mode, the memory switch will not enter deletion mode.
