This code enables starting only in parking and neutral by detecting the select lever position with the touch type switch and information on selected positions of SELECT RANGE (P, R, N, D, 2, L) is transmitted to E/TCM in the electrical signal for the shift control. If the voltage value of A/T RANGE SWITCH is continued to be input the signal over two kinds, then the corresponding code will be displayed.
